Admittedly, every flight in the PT-19 is memorable. However, every once in a while a flight ends up being a little more magical for a few special reasons. On this page, we will attempt to chronicle some of the most memorable flights we have had.
Bay Aviation prides itself it not only offering opportunities to fly, but also in creating magic. We believe this video captures that sentiment - the utter beauty and magnificence of flying in our PT-19.
On September 13, 2011, Bay Aviation had the distinct honor to fly with Mr. Chuck Hilbinger, an aviator who learned to fly a PT-19 over 60 years ago. Mr. Hilbinger was given the opportunity to fly in the plane through the Jeremy Bloom Wish of a Lifetime Foundation. It was truly an amazing and touching flight for both the pilot and Mr. Hilbinger.
Recently, Bay Aviation had the pleasure of flying with Collins Reagan. His father was kind enough to make and share this video with us, and we know that Collins will go on to do great things in the wild blue yonder!
Bay Aviation always enjoys the chance to meet and leave an impact on people in different states when we travel to air shows. We were fortunate enough to meet and fly with Mr. Bill Parrish and his family. Mr. Parrish was kind enough to share this video he captured on his adventure with us!
